All matches played under the auspices of the Cup Competitions Committee shall be conducted on a knockout basis.
Football Association Cups, County Association Cups and other Competitions as decided and published by the Cup Competitions Committee shall take precedence over Reading & District League Cup Competitions.
The draw for each Competition shall be made by the Cup Competitions Committee and shall be published.
The first-named Club shall be considered the Home Club and shall have home advantage in all rounds up to the Semi-Finals.
Where a Cup match (excluding a Semi-Final) has been postponed twice, the Fixture Secretary shall have authority to reverse the fixture and play the match at the ground of the Away Team.
All matches shall be ninety (90) minutes duration, consisting of two halves of forty-five (45) minutes.
In the event of a draw after normal time, the result shall be decided by kicks from the penalty mark in accordance with IFAB procedures.
In a Semi-Final Tie played on a neutral ground, Match Officials fees and Ground costs shall be shared equally between the participating Clubs.
Final Ties shall be played on a neutral Ground and all costs relating to those matches shall be borne by the Reading & District Sunday Football League.
Semi-Final and Final Ties shall, at the discretion of the Cup Competitions Committee, be scheduled for either morning or afternoon kick-off times.
Notice shall be given to the Clubs concerned and any objections must be submitted in writing to the Cup Competitions Secretary within seven days of receipt of that notification.
