a. The Competition must receive within three days of the date played, the result of each Competition Match in the prescribed manner, including abandoned games. This must include the forename(s) and surname of the Team Players and also the referee markings required by Rule 23, or any other information required by the Competition. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff. Should a Club default on more than three occasions in any one season the matter shall be referred to the Finance & General Purposed Committee.
b. The Home and Away Clubs shall use telephone/SMS/email/FA FullTime/FA Match day as directed by the Competition to notify the result of each Competition Match to the Fixtures Secretary by 3-00 p.m. for Sunday matches and 9-30 p.m. for evening matches. THE CORRECT RESULT OF THE GAME INCLUDING THE MARK AWARDED TO THE REFEREE, THIS SHALL INCLUDE THE RESULTS OF ALL F.A. AND COUNTY F.A. CUPS. THE FIXTURE SECRETARY SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO TAKE SUCH ACTIONS AS THEY DEEM SUITABLE AGAINST A CLUB WHICH SUBMITS INCORRECT OR MISSING INFORMATION. Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

c. The match result notification, once submitted shall be deemed to be true and accurate, and subject to the provisions of Rule 18 (M). Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.
