11. CONTINUATION OF MEMBERSHIP, WITHDRAWAL OF A CLUB

a. Any Club intending, or having a provisional intention, to withdraw a Team from the Competition on completion of its fixtures and fulfilment of all other obligations to the Competition must notify the Secretary in writing of such intention by 31st March each season. This does not apply to a Club moving in accordance with Rule 22(B). Failure to comply with this Rule will result in a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

b. The Management Committee shall have the discretion to deal with a Team being unable to start or complete its fixtures for a Playing Season, including, but not limited to, issuing a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

c. Notwithstanding the powers of the Management Committee pursuant to Rule 6(I), in the event of a Club failing to discharge all its financial obligations to the Competition in excess of £50, the Management Committee shall be empowered to refer the debt under The FA Football Debt Recovery provisions.

d. A Club shall not be allowed to withdrawal any or all of its Teams from the Competition after the AGM for the following season. Any Club infringing this Rule shall be liable to a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

e. A Club or Team responsible for failing to complete its League Fixtures shall incur a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

f. The Management Committee shall have the right, subject to the constitution for the ensuing season having been agreed at the AGM and irrespective of other provisions in this Rule, to refuse to permit a Club to withdrawal it’s Team(s) in order to join another Competition, and may hold the Club to its engagements. If the Club in question fails to carry out its engagements, such Club shall incur a fine in accordance with the Fines Tariff.

g. In the event of a Club having more than one Team within the Competition and that Club wishes to withdrawal a Team, or Teams, then such withdrawals can only take place with the Team or Teams competing in the lower, or lowest Division being withdrawn first. Application shall be made in writing to the Secretary for variation of this Rule (i.e. withdrawal of a Team, or Teams, in the highest or higher Division) who shall submit such application to the Management Committee or Executive Committee for their decision. The decision of the Management Committee or Executive Committee shall be binding, subject to the provision set out in Rule7.
